PROSARIS Announces Leadership Transition to Support Next Phase of Growth.

Mike Morris appointed CEO of PROSARIS, Founder Colin Sewell assumes the role of CTO.

Ultrasonic detection company PROSARIS today announced the appointment of Mike Morris as Chief Executive Officer. Founder and former CEO Colin Sewell has transitioned to the role of Chief Technology Officer, where he will lead the company’s innovation program. This transition in leadership positions PROSARIS for its next phase of growth as the company builds on recent customer wins and strengthens the organization’s ability to scale.

Morris brings significant experience leading and growing businesses built around hardware- and software-based solutions. Most recently he was the CEO of Resson, and the COO at Nautel before that. Mike is an electronics engineer and holds an MBA from Dalhousie University.

As CEO, Morris will focus on three immediate priorities: Delivering on recent strategic customer wins, strengthening the company’s product vision, and evolving the organization’s focus from agility to scalability.

Sewell, who founded the company and led it through its early stages of growth, will now concentrate on technology leadership. “PROSARIS has reached the stage where this is the right leadership structure for the business,” said Colin Sewell, Founder and CTO. “I’m proud of what our team has built and excited to focus even more directly on innovation and on working with key customers as we continue to grow.”
